Trust’s overview
‘Future Trust’ (the Trust) is a non-profit benevolent philanthropic organization, a charitable trust constituted under the Sindh Trust Act 2019 for the promotion, advancement and encouragement of education, medical and healthcare, vocations, rehabilitation, protection and improvement of the environment, self-help, microfinance, relief against poverty and general improvement of the socio-economic conditions and living standards of the people of Pakistan. The Trust has also obtained recognition as Non-Profit Organization in terms of sub-section 36 of section 2 of the Income Tax Ordinance, 2001. The Trust is also certified by Pakistan Center for Philanthropy (PCP).

Mission
to improve the quality of life of the people of Pakistan by harnessing technology and providing them quality services in the field of education, healthcare, vocational training, career guidance, emotional well-being, socio-economic development and an improved environment, so that they can lead dignified lives with greater hope and confidence in the future of their generations to come.
Trustees and Management
Mr. Tariq has over 31 years’ experience of fixed income (including outright and repurchase transactions for sovereign T bills & PIBS) and foreign exchange broking (PKR/USD, forwards & swaps). He has been with the JS Group since 1979 and was responsible for fixed income & foreign exchange broking business. His last employment was with JS Global Capital Limited.
Mr. Tariq is a pioneer in establishing the first Government of Pakistan loan brokering business in 1979 and has played an important role in the debt & foreign exchange capital markets of Pakistan.
Mr. Kalim Ur Rahman was formerly President & CEO of JS Bank Limited. He holds the Director’s certification from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance as well as the Institute of Directors in London.
Mr. Rahman is a seasoned banker with 50 years of experience in both international and domestic banking. He has served in various leading international and domestic banks, including Grindlays Bank PLC in the UK and Pakistan, Middle East Bank Ltd. in the UAE and Pakistan as General Manager – South Asia, Emirates Investment Bank in the UAE as General Manager. Mr. Rahman served as President and CEO of Askari Commercial Bank for seven years, and lastly as President and CEO of JS Bank Limited till his retirement in 2013.
Mr. Rahman did his Senior Cambridge from Burn Hall School, Abbottabad and B.Sc. (Hons.) from Government College, Lahore. He had a first class academic career throughout, and his name is inscribed on the College Roll of Honor. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Bankers in Pakistan as well as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Managers, Pakistan.

Mr. Najmul Hoda Khan is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer of EFU General Insurance Limited (EFUG). Before joining EFUG, Mr. Khan served as the Chief Operating Officer and previously as Chief Financial Officer of Jahangir Siddiqui & Co Ltd. (JSCL) from 2019 to 2023.
Mr. Najmul Hoda Khan is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and also fellow member of Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA) and holds a Masters degree in Economics from University of Karachi. He has more than eighteen years of vast experience in the fields of finance, investments, taxation, internal control evaluation, compliance and secretarial matters.
He has also completed Corporate Governance Leadership Skills (CGLS) – Director Education Program from Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).

Rukhsana Shah is a retired Federal Secretary. In 2015, she set up the Autism Spectrum Disorder Welfare Trust (ASDWT) in Lahore to create awareness about Autism, ADHD and Learning Disabilities in Pakistan, and to train parents and teachers of special and mainstream schools in the management of these disabilities.
The ASDWT is funded by the Mahvash & Jahangir Siddiqui Foundation, and has an office in Karachi as well.
Rukhsana Shah also writes for Dawn on issues mainly relating to the rights of persons with disabilities.

With over eighteen years of experience in the fields of finance, auditing, internal controls evaluation and re-designing, compliance and taxation, Mr. Hasan Shahid is the Company Secretary of JS Bank Ltd. He was the Director Finance and Company Secretary of the Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Ltd. (JSCL) where he joined as Manager Finance in 2006. He also served as Chief Financial Officer of JSCL from 2012 to 2018. His role encompasses a wide range of matters ranging from financial management, reporting, audit, taxation, compliance with laws applicable to the Company and other secretarial matters.
Mr. Hasan Shahid is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP) and Pakistan Institute of Public Financial Accountants (PIPFA) and holds a Masters degree in Economics from University of Karachi. He also holds the Director’s certification from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.

Fahad Muslim boasts more than 21 years of experience in financial services and manufacturing industries, making him an accomplished financial executive with expertise in finance, operations, internal audit, risk management and compliance. Fahad is a Member of the International Professional Accounting body and holds a Master’s in Commerce, as well as Certifications in Information Technology.
Currently, Fahad serves as the Chief Financial Officer of JS Global Capital Limited, overseeing financial operations and ensuring alignment with company’s objectives. Previously, Fahad has held various positions, including Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary at Elixir Securities, as well as various positions at JS Global, Network Microfinance Bank, and Idrees Textile Mills, thus contributing to his extensive industry experience.
Mr. Muhammad Babar Din is an associate member of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan (ICMAP) and also holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce from SALU Khairpur. He has more than 12 years of professional experience in various organizations. He is currently serving as Senior Manager Finance in Jahangir Siddiqui & Co. Limited.
